Beware of Tricky Towels and Moms...

This Sunday is my 2nd Blogaversary! I can hardly bearlieve it's been 2 years! This week I reached 51 followers, and have now posted 108 times. Welcome to my new followers, thanks you for joining.

I got a magic towel for my bearthday last year. I've been saving it for a special occasion. I think the 2nd blogaversary of my blog qualifies. So I gathered together what I needed.
A towel to make the edge of the sink more comfy,
my magic towel, my pirate rubber duckie, Capt. Crunch. It was mom who suggested I take my clothes off, in case I fell in. I told her I had no plans to fall in. She said she wanted to wash them.
I prepared to release my magic towel.
Capt Crunch and I sat on the edge of the sink waiting for the magic.
Still waiting, I began to wonder why my buddies didn't show up to watch.
This is taking too long, maybe if I add a little more water it will help.
Well that helped some, but it was still slow. Splash! The Capt had jumped in,
Hey, where did  you go Capt. Chrunch?
It's opening up now...

Nice job Capt Crunch, thanks for assisting the magic. Too bad my buddies missed it.
Mom insisted that I go ahead and take a bath. (I insisted that she blur this picture.) I could see that Capt

Crunch was drowning, have you ever heard of a rubber duck that can't seem to float upright?
Grrr, I haven't had one of these since 2005. I have been avoiding them successfully till now. I think that I have a certain traveling friend Michael the Monkey to thank for this.
Hmmm, maybe I was dirtier than I thought. Mom told me I left a ring around the sink. I guess six years is too long to go without a bath, for a busy bear like myself.
Feeling a little soggy here. My next stop is the washer for a quick spin, to get the excess water out. Mom puts me in a pillowcase first, to protect my arms and legs.. Then a long ride in the Bearris Wheel.*

"So guys, this is my magic towel, you missed it's release."said Buttons. "It should have come with a warning, Use of this product by bears could result in dizziness and nausea"continued Buttons.
"But Buttons, there is a warning, it's printed right here on the towel"said Cocoa.
"What does C_A_U_T_I_O_N spell?" asked Barnes.
"Wow! It really is a magic towel" laughed Cocoa, "It got him to take a bath!"
"Regular comedians, I live with a bunch of comedian want-ta-bees" mumbled Buttons.

Def.:  Bearris Wheel:
Mom sets the dryer to air fluff, and round and round I go. For literally hours.

Well, grr-bye for now,

Buttons

Congratulations on your anniversary! Air fluff sounds vey soft and fluffy but did you manage to keep the content of your stomach inside?? That must be a very difficult thing to do if you are turning and turning for hours! Perhaps it's a training to become an astronaut, I heard that they have to do the turning and turning thing too!

Your Mommy gave you a b-a-t-h for your blogiversary? May our Mommy never find out when we started ours. How horrifying! The only good thing about a b-a-t-h is we get to be bare bears first. Bare bears is fun! Nothing shameful of making our freak fur fly!

But careful of the Berris Wheel. They can crack eyeballs, pull off special padding, and since we all plan to live a few hundred years, they can also remove some fur. Dangerous things. Almost as dangerous as a b-a-t-h!

Never trust a Mommy bearing magic towels. It's a trick, we tell ya! A trick. Mommy's are tough like that.

Our sympathies. And, just so you can get back at your Mommy, we did something just as mean to our Mommy when she gave us a b-a-t-h last year. We announced, right smack on our blog for the world to see, "Ten Secrets about Mommy." She laughed the entire time she typed it for us, but we know we embarrassed here and revenge is best served instantly.
